Founded in 2003, Body Works by Carla was created out of my passion for helping clients reduce pain and stress with Eastern massage techniques. Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, I trained at the Ohashiatsu School for Massage and earned certification at First Choice Academy in Glenview.
I tailor each session to your body and needs, specializing in Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Swedish massage. Whether you need maternity support, back pain relief, or stress reduction, I’m here to help.
For busy professionals, I offer 15–30 minute corporate massages to relieve tension and boost productivity. Mobile services are also available, bringing relaxation to your home or office.
As a licensed and insured massage therapist, I look forward to helping you live pain- and stress-free.
